My overall experience was wonderful. Sal was a great salesman to have worked with. He didn't pressure us into a purchase or even stalk us through the lot as some people tend to do. He gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to make a decision on our own without influence. When we had a question, he was available to answer them for us. He was excellent in showing us all the options that we could consider in our targeted price range. We weren't picky about color or interior but Sal helped us to pick out the perfect combination. I was very happy with the overall experience. The price of the car was the best. It was right in our price range and affordable for us. The overall experience was great because we were in an out in a couple hours. I am glad we went in when we did and that we ended up with a great deal on a great car. More

I am very satisfied with my experience at Delray Hyundai where I purchased my Sonata for several reasons. I live in Delray so the dealer location was a plus and service would be convenient. Probably the main reason I was so happy with the whole buying experience was meeting Fred Perlmutter my salesperson. The one thing that turns me off faster when buying anything is a high pressure, insincere salesperson. Fred was awesome, he has a special way of making one feel at ease and took the hassle out of car buying, he was patient, asked the right questions about what I wanted and needed in a new car and was sensitive as to what I could and could not afford. When the deal was finalized and Fred delivered my new car to me (I know it sounds a little hokie) but I felt like I had made a new friend...he is very down to earth. I have used the service dept. on several occasions for minor issues and regular maintenance and have been met with courteous, friendly and prompt service personnel. I would recommend the dealership for any of my friends and family and I would make sure that they see Fred. Great job Delray Hyundai! More

I originally went to Cocounut Creek Hyundai and got what I thought was a good price. I had been recommended to Fred so I decided that I would go to Delray Hyundai just to compare. I met Fred and he was ex I thought was a good price. I had been recommended to Fred so I decided that I would go to Delray Hyundai just to compare. I met Fred and he was extremely nice and helpful. Could not have been a truer gentleman. This is the first car I bought since my husband passed away. Fred and I talked and his price was slightly above Coconut Creek. For some reason I decided to go back to Coconut Creek. Of course when I got back there they told me that they could not honor the price they had given me earlier. I actually called Fred in tears. I did not know what to do. Fred told me to come back and we would work it out. I came back. Fred was wonderful. I got my Sonata Limited with no games and no changing the price. Bruce and Sonny were helpful throughout the entire process. I was so overwhelmed at having to do this without my husband. Fred saw that and actually called me the next night just to make sure I was ok. He made this the best car buying experience I can remember.
