I wanted to express my appreciation to Bruce Freiman, General Sales Manager. I came by the dealership on Friday to complete a form to cancel my Extended Warrenty. The buisness office was very busy and I was having trouble getting the form completed. I am a Home Health Nurse and my schedule is sometimes very hectic. Mr. Freiman stepped in. He got the form I needed to sign, copied my warrenty and told me it would fax the next day. Then he gave me his card for any questions that I may have. He is a true example of excellence in customer service. I really appreciated his kindness and resolving my issue immediately. More

After going back and forth, they both gave a deposit for a car. The next day, they decided to shop another dealer to make sure they were getting the best deal. Their salesperson at Delray told them, "This is the best price I can do for you and, you can go shop it elsewhere....they won't beat my deal". Well, turns out that someone else did. They changed their minds and decided to buy the car elsewhere because they gave them a much better deal. They gave the deposit on a Friday and, was assured that they deposit was refundable. (I was standing right next to the guy when them told her it was). The dealer refuses to give them the deposit back. As a matter of fact, when they told the sales guy on Saturday that they were having second thoughts, he told them "if you want, give me your credit card and I will refund the deposit". They got very nasty when they told them that she wanted the deposit back....real nasty. There was never ANY sale order written and signed by either of them!! This is a bad place to do business with if, they have to stoop so low as to keep an 84 year old's money. I went there to try and discuss this with them...I was told that they would do the right thing....they haven't. I would highly recommend that you drive 10 minutes south and go to King Hyundai....they treated them like gold and, gave both of them a much better deal. By the way, after checking with the BBB, I found out they have an "F" rating. More
This is the BEST service depatment I have ever experienced. I bought my Hyundai used from another dealer. The first night I had it I ran over shreeded rubber from a truck tire on the highway and experienced. I bought my Hyundai used from another dealer. The first night I had it I ran over shreeded rubber from a truck tire on the highway and it dislodged the front portion of a protective shield under the car which was now dragging. I call the dealership at 11:45am and was told I could come in at 3:00. Unheard of! My car was taken in within minutes of my arrival and 1 hour and 15 minutes later I was given my car bake washed! This dealer is rated #1 for service in the Southern Region (7 state area) and I can see why. Kudos to Ralph and his entire staff! I can't recommend them highly enough! More
