I called Delray Hyundai and was told to bring the car in regardless of having an appointment when the engine light came on, so it could be checked out as soon as possible. Jessica in the Service Department, went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired and that this difficult situation went as smoothly as possible (which it did), as well as, Nick who initially assisted me and John who repaired the issue (coil replacement). This Service Department is truly fantastic. I came in today without an appointment, they took the car, ran tests, explained what was happening, repaired the issue, kept the car to ensure it ran properly and I had my car back by the end of the day. I couldn't be happier, I only wish I had purchased my car from Delray Hyundai too! This has been the most stress free car repair experience I have ever had. The Service Department Staff are beyond friendly, professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Delray Hyundai to have your car serviced. More

I was referred to go to Delray Hyundai by a good friend of mine she went with me to the dealership and introduced me to Liam who sold her a car a few months earlier. This was my first time buying a car so of mine she went with me to the dealership and introduced me to Liam who sold her a car a few months earlier. This was my first time buying a car so I was a little freaked out. Liam was very patient with me and help me while we test drove and determined which car was right for me, and we finally did I am now a very happy and proud driver of a Hyundai Sonata. I went into the dealer just to get informatioin about the car. I was deciding what car top consider. I had already looked at an Acura and a Toyota Camry. Since I already owned a Sonata, my wife suggested that I look at the new one. Then we met Fred Perlmutter. Not a pressure ssalesperson. Not someone who was just looking fopr a commision. Just someone who wanted to give us the best information and, apparently, prepared to see that we got a fair deal. We had a 1998 Toyata Camry which we wanted to get rid of and although it had over 130,000 miles saw to it that we got a good deal on a tradein. Although we were not immediately interested in getting a car, without checking further with other dealers, Fred impressed us, so that, for the first time in my life, I walked into a car dealer to get information, and, a few hours later, walked out witha car. After researching new car comparative reports and test driving several brands, I decided to find out more about the Hyundai Sonata. I received detailed comments in answer to my questions and requests fro driving several brands, I decided to find out more about the Hyundai Sonata. I received detailed comments in answer to my questions and requests from Fred Perlmutter, a Sales Consultant at Delray Hyundai. When I mentioned my concern about adapting to the many new exciting features and controls which would be new to me, Fred assured me that he would be happy to help in this regard and pointed out to me that the logical extension from my previous car would become habit with use. He followed up by citing some specifics which made sense. I have just started to drive my new car - and am loving it. I most definitely felt completely satisfied at Delray Hyundai and particularly must mention that the time spent and concern and attention from Mr. Perlmutter was above and beyond any experience which I would have expected. Just signed a new lease on my Hyundai Elantra. My sales rep was Liam McGrady, who I've known for some time...and he knows me too. He wasted no time guiding me to the car that was just right. The showroom was roomy and there was a computer so we could access all the information I needed to make paperwork a snap. Admittedly, the whole idea of doing the car thing was nothing I was looking forward to, but Liam and Dave made the whole experience a pleasure. More
