The only warranty issue was a broken eyeglass compartment and that was fixed quickly. So when our 2005 Mercury hit over 100,000 miles, we stopped into Delray Hyundai to "take a look". We were warmly greated by Steve Sheehy. I'm have an engineering degree and worked my way up to company president by the sales/marketing route. I know a good salesperson when I meet one, and there aren't many of them. We found Steve to be exceptional. He was pleasant and easy going, knowledgable and used a soft sell approach. He talked us into our first lease on a 2013 Sonata. He made price negotiations with management painless and handled the administrative details flawlessly. While virtually all our dealing were with Steve, we found everyone to be friendly and eay to deal with. Steve has been just as patient and responsive to our post sale needs. We're very happy with the car and Delray Hyundai. So much for jus "taking a look". More

We did decide to go back to purchase the car we had discussed. The whole final process of purchase was handled without any problems and everyone at the dealership was helpful. Carlos was great in going over all of the new features of the car a second time to make sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable with all of the new features. After our Toyota Corolla was totalled we were referred to Fred Perlmutter by a friend. We decided we did not want another Toyota and we wanted a bigger car. We were still a little shook up from the accident and Fred went over everything and made us feel so comfortable. We took the car home the same day. We are very excited about the car and that is due in part ot Fred's enthusiasm for his product. I can't wait until I have to buy another car so I can come back to Fred.
