I was in a hurry to purchase a car for my 81 year old mother whose car broke down without any notice. I called Fred from Colorado (where I live) and he was so helpful and worked so hard to get my mother into a car. I cannot wait to come to Florida and meet this amazing man. He is a God-send!!! Thank you, Thank you Fred. You should have a whole dealership of "Freds". I have given Fred a perfect rating because he worked so very hard to get my mother into a car and because he was the only are salesperson that was honest about the monthly amount that we would have to pay. Truly a man of integrity. More

I had a GREAT experience at this Hyundai dealership in Delray, FL. My sales person was Sadko Lakovic. He was excellent in everyway - from showing me the 2 vehicles that I found on the internet that I w Delray, FL. My sales person was Sadko Lakovic. He was excellent in everyway - from showing me the 2 vehicles that I found on the internet that I was interested in - a 2011 Sonata and a 2012 Elantra. He explained the features of both and was well informed regarding the Hyundai car industry. Not to mention he was not "pushy", very laid-back and spent a great deal of time with me, HE,ALSO, HAD patience that he had with me. I ended up purchasing the Ruby Red 2011 Sonata with only 10,000 miles. I had leather seats put in and back-up sensors too. I know that I will be very happy with this car. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend and say "Go to the Hyundai dealership in Delray FL and ask for Sadko Lakovic". I would give Sadko Lakovic a "10"! Thanx Sadko! Sue J. More
I have purchased and leased many cars before but leasing one for your 81 year old mother is definitely a challenge. But I am lucky I met Sadko Lakovic at Delray Hyundai who made this a simple and complete one for your 81 year old mother is definitely a challenge. But I am lucky I met Sadko Lakovic at Delray Hyundai who made this a simple and completely enjoyable process. He was never pushy in trying to get my mom to decide on a car or purchase it in that moment. Instead, he was not only completely knowledgeable on all aspects of all of the Hyundai cars, but he was very respectful, this being a big step for my mom, and had complete patience and a gentle attitude for all her questions and concerns. He is a great salesman because he does not "sell you." He lets the car sell itself and simply helps you find the right car and deal for you. We leased the Sonata today and my mom is totally thrilled with the way she was handled with respect and kindness, and for the great deal they gave her. It is comforting to know that my mom has found an honest, kind, considerate car salesman, and a dealership that treats people like people - with respect. I do not live here in town so it is even more comforting to know that she will be taken care of with all her care related needs, from showing her how to work the many great features of the car to all the maintenance and servicing. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Sadko Lakovic to anyone wanting a Hyundai. We previously visted Napleton Hyundia in West Palm Beach, wow what a horrible experience from the sales right on down to the manager who was the worst we've come across, if your looking for a new car please i cant stress this enough "just avoid this dealership all together" you will not be disapointed. Now back to Laim. An upstanding indivdual who pays attetion to the little things, we were treated very well and never left alone for long periods of time, always checking back with us "with an update" and what he could to do help. Overall we walked away with the car my wife I were looking for a "Brand New Black 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0T Black with Navi, Bluetooth, BlueLink, and Maintance. He goes to work for you, listens to you and responds with the best offer. There is a reason that this Dealership is rated number 1 in customer satisfaction of the south east displaying a clean enirvorment, relaxed and most of all friendly. Stopped in at dealership one day few mos ago to have my phone paired to car. Valerie came right out and helped me, and was very friendly. She said to stop in anytime have any questions or concerns about my Hyundai Genesis. Now I didn't even purchase my car here< and she treated me better than at my dealership(Napleton Hyundai WPB). Now this wk had to stop in since got new phone,and Valerie was quick to help again. She also provided me with helpful info about my car, since she has the same model.(Genesis Coupe 2.0 T). I really appreciate her help and advice. More
Worst car service experience in my life I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as it was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership. Here are just a few of the issues that recommend this dealership to anyone as it was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership. Here are just a few of the issues that I had with them after my car was taken there 4 times!!! 1. Incompetent – After the first visit they misdiagnosed my car and turned a emissions light off. Come to find out the cam shafts had to be replaced as the light came back on. 2. No quality check – After the motor was fixed on my seat they gave me the car back with grease all over the seat and a cut in the door jam. I had to give them the car back after they ordered the part and waited for it to come in. I have also had a XM issue that they said was fixed which was brought in for three times. Finally they replaced the head unit but it still didn’t work so I had to call XM and get the radio synched because the dealership didn’t synch the radio 3. Rude/Unprofessional – If you have to deal with Josh DON”T. After waiting a week for a genesis loaner I brought the car back in and Josh told me he didn’t have a loaner and he said that “that’s life”. After the 4th time the car was in the shop did the assistant general manager call me back. He told he was going to put me in good hands and referred me to his college graduate daughter who doesn’t know a thing about the car business. 4. The last straw was that after the new radio was installed I got the car back and the XM still didn’t work. I had to call and synch the radio myself and then come to find out the map update which was promised at no charge for the dealership wasn’t done at all. I had to call the map company to find out what the latest map update was. Go to any dealership but this one you won’t get any service. More
