Dave Wilde assisted with the sale, and was extremely helpful in arranging it to fit our needs. During that time we met with Sonny, one of the managers, who welcomed us to the dealership and offered his assistance if needed. This is our fourth Hyundai, and our second from this dealership. We see no reason ever to shop elsewhere for a car, and will certainly return to Delray Hyundai (and Fred) for any further needs. More

I brought my daughter in to help her buy a car. She knew she liked both the Sonata and Elantra. We were greeted by Fred Perlmutter as we came in. Fred suggested that for the best deal she take a 2013 out of stock. I was impressed that unlike other car salesmen he was not in it to get me to pay the highest price possible. We were trading in a 2003 Buick Century and Sonny put all the numbers together so my daughter could get a great deal. Fred and Sonny make a great team. The most pleasant part of my experience at Delray Hyundai was the time and patience devoted to us by Fred Perlmutter. We were trading in an older Sonata for the 2014 model. I really appreciated his honesty and clear desire to make this purchase as hassle free as possible. Even after the purchase, we appreciated his help and expertise in showing us all the physical and technical features of the car, setting up the Bluetooth feature and syncing them to our cell phones. Fred called me the following day to ask if we were enjoying the car and offered his continued assistance any time we needed it. When we entered the dealership, we weren't sure if we wanted to lease a Tuscon, a V-6 Santa Fe or the Santa Fe Sport with a 4 cylinder, 2.4 engine or the Turbo. After driving all of the options, and discussing the pros and cons of each with Carlos Menendez, we chose the Santa Fe Sport with the 2.4 engine. Carlos was not only friendly and sincere, but very knowleagable. He pointed out all of the features in each vehicle which enabled us to reach an educated decision. Another salesman, Joe Fiori, also catered to our needs Both Joe and Carlos were great guys that helped make our buying experience at Delray Hyundai a positive one. We were not able to wait for the SUV that day. I told Carlos and Joe that I would come back on Monday to get the car. We where told that we did not have to come back for the car that they would bring the car to our house. Joe came with the car on Monday and went over all the items in the car. He set the home link to open my garage and paired my phone to the car. I could not believe the wonderful service that Carlos and Joe gave us. More
