The next day I came back with my wife and daughter to take the SanteFe for a test drive. In the end Joe was able to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price that was within our budget. I am a 67 year old man that has purchased many new cars for myself, my wife and three daughters. This purchase experience was the best I have ever had. I was greeted by Mr. Lakovic when I entered the dea for myself, my wife and three daughters. This purchase experience was the best I have ever had. I was greeted by Mr. Lakovic when I entered the dealership. He asked how can I help you. I explained that I currently have a Genesis in their shop for a recall repair and I wanted to look into the possibility of leasing a new 2014 Genesis. I had a few months left on my current lease. At this point I expected to hear "what can I do to get you to buy a car today". But to my pleasant surprise he said no problem, I will take down some information and get back to you with our best offer. After a couple of minutes he came back to me with a lease price that included everything that I had asked for with a price that was fair and did not warrant any negotiations. I felt that he was sincere and that his manager was as well. I called my wife and told her this story and she was sold as well, so we made the deal. Mr. Lakovic told me it would take a couple of hours to prep the car and get the paperwork ready as well as turning in my current Genesis. He offered me a loaner car but I waited for my car to be out of the service department so that I could go home have lunch with my wife and take out our personal belongings from the car before returning it to the dealership. When we returned Mr. Lakovic delivered the new car to us and went through every feature of the car including setting up my wife's phone. We were offered an excess wear and tear policy which was explained to us in a professional way leaving the choice to us. We took it. In short, if it wasn't for the professional and sincere manner of Mr. Lakovic I would not have made the purchase today. We just purchased a new 2014 Sonata after searching for a few months for the color we wanted. Liam McGrady, our sales associate, went to great lengths to find it for us. When we arrived at the dealership, Liam was extremely courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about every feature of the new Sonata. He spent quite a bit of time explaining all the safety, convenience, comfort and entertainment features. He programmed our XM-Satellite radio pre-sets, set up the bluetooth feature and the Bluelink features as well. The manager checked in with us to see if he could be of any assistance, if we had any questions, etc. We will definitely recommend Delray Hyundai and certainly recommend Liam McGrady. More
