He quickly had a car available that met my needs, but did not pressure me to make a commitment even though it was the end of the month. The day I picked up the car, Carlos do not rush me through the process. He explained each document that he was asking me to sign. He sat in the car and explained all the features and configured the Bluetooth. Carlos definitely took the stress out of buying a new car.
