I work with Gerry Weiss who I find to be the best salesperson I've ever worked with in any dealership. He is professional, service oriented, responsive and never pushy. He listens to what I say and comes up with great solutions. The whole team at this dealer is top notch. Ralph in service is incredible and on top of everything. This is my 2nd Equus and I love the product. I drove S class Mercedes Benz before, but these cars are the best value in the luxury market. We went shopping to purchase a new or used Sonata. Prior to going to Delray Hyundai we went to other dealers in the area. We decided to purchase a Sonata. The salesman was very nice, friendly and NOT Prior to going to Delray Hyundai we went to other dealers in the area. We decided to purchase a Sonata. The salesman was very nice, friendly and NOT AT ALL OVERBEARING. We decided that if this dealer would offer us a good deal, this would be our last stop in our searching for a car. They had a large inventory of cars, in the colors and with the options we were looking for. We test drove about six different cars. My husband asked if they had any specials. They had a 2 year old car that had everything I was looking for. It had 10,000 miles, was in mint condition and came with the same 100,000 mile warranty a brand new car came with. This this the first pre-owned car we have ever purchased. The whole sales process went very smoothly. Working with finance department was a pleasure. In and out in less than 45 minutes.
