Of course, we expected haggling and even a bit of hard-ball negotiations. Well, it just did not happen. in fact, it was the easiest deal we ever made. Steve Vasse was the reason. He asked the right questions and in less than a hour, we had the Santa Fe we wanted at a price that was well below what we anticipated. He even allowed us to pick it up the next day. If you go, and you should, ask for Steve because you will get the respect you deserve and a car at the price you want. We love Steve and have recommended him already! More

Best Customer Service I had purchased a hyundai in 2006 at Delray Hyundai. I was in the market to purchase a new car I went on line and started getting lots of emails fro I had purchased a hyundai in 2006 at Delray Hyundai. I was in the market to purchase a new car I went on line and started getting lots of emails from all Dealers I made appt with Carlos for a tuesday but went to West Palm Beach before the appt just to get a idea of whats new with the Sonatas . I was given a price for my trade in and was not to happy with the pushy salesman. I text Carlos to let him know that I went there. his response was to please give him a change and he will find what I am looking for without pressure. He was right I never met a salesman with such an easy going personality I worked many years in customer service and I can tell you the most important thing is to listen to the customers needs and Carlos did exactly that.
