Irv Fischer helped me and was great in dedicating time to me and answering my questions and helping me get the best price for the car. He followed up appropriately rather than aggressively after my first visit and I went back a week later to buy my 2015 Santa Fe. It was a quick, easy painless process. The car was ready for me the next (Sunday) morning when promised. Mike Santinsky did a fabulous job of delivering the car to me by explaining every feature and how things worked. I wish every dealership was like this one. More

Horrible, horrible, horrible At delray Hyundai they are liars! My family has bought 4 cars from them. It was time for me to trade my car in, I went and found a car I fell in love At delray Hyundai they are liars! My family has bought 4 cars from them. It was time for me to trade my car in, I went and found a car I fell in love with. The dealership was so eager to do the deal with me before the end of the year. As the deal was being processed I had Sadko look at my car he said " this is normal wear and tear." I asked because I didn't want to get a bill for damage. Gerry came to meet me and I had him look at my car as well he said the same thing " the scratches wouldn't be a problem." I took them at their word as days went on I enjoyed my new car, I later received a bill in the mail for an amount I couldn't pay. I went to the dealership because I thought I was unpaid lease payments. Guido was very rude and said "if you look at the paper you would see this is a bill." Well I'm not in the car business so how would I know, that why I came to you! I came back later that week because I wanted to try and calmly resolve this problem, first greeted by Guido, he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish. He directed me to speak with Gerry. As I sat down with Gerry he proceeded to call me a liar even thought I had someone else with me and they heard the same thing and all he wanted was for me to call Bruce, the managing partner. The only intelligent person at the dealership was Steve Vasse. More

Irv Fischer provided us an excellent experience from start to finish. He went out of his way to find us exactly the car that we wanted. The negotiation process could not have been smoother. Irv made it a friendly experience and not at all intimidating. The paperwork went incredibly quickly with David Brower explaining everything in a quick and thorough manner. When we picked up the car the next day, Irv Fischer answered all our questions and told us to call him in a few days with any other questions that might come up. He waved us out of the parking lot, making us feel like celebrities with a new car. Irv made this a very pleasant experience. We went home feeling that we have a wonderful new car at a good price. Great experience I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He had most of my paper work finished before, I came to the sales office. He even came to my house to help me set up my bluetooth phone which didn't work because apple has not upgraded the bluetooth 6S software yet. More
