I received the above apology from this dealer which resulted from a DealeRater complaint about the upsetting lying and disregard for my business. The dealer never called to discuss any package and pricing as promised in it's apology statement. Instead, this dealer had the .had the unmitigated audacity to restrict my own email communications and prevented making things right. This unconcern for an easy and accommodating sale and their lack of customer service, which they brag about in their ads, has lead me to respond again to this situation. As such, all could have been easily handled in a gentlemanly manner with one phone call. It is obviously no way to treat elderly people.
