1st experience with internet sales--a WINNER! As a new experience I decided to try internet sales for the purchase of a new Hyundai Sonata. Within seconds of my request, my computer and phone were inundated with emails and calls. Delray Hyundai was one of the first to reply with the most information and an actual quote. Having never driven a Sonata, but seeing so many of them on the road and a review that I read which said "Smoothe, safe and the best warranty," I made an appointment with Carlos Menendez, the internet mgr. at Delray Hyundai. I drove the car and was blown away with its smoothe ride and other features which Carlos pointed out to me. We discussed price and in a timely fashion we made the deal. I returned the next day to pick up my car and within 2 minutes of our 11:00 a.m., Carlos pulled up with the car. I appreciated that he & I completed the paper work together (rather than having a "finance guy" do it). He then ushered me to the car and proceeded to go over all the features that we had discussed the day before. The dealership has a low key and friendly atmosphere, Carlos is informed and efficient. He fulfilled some special requests without my having to ask twice. I would definitely purchase another car from Delray Hyundai and recommend the dealership to my friends & family. Louise More

A happy camper I have been buying vehicles for business and pleasure for over 55 years. Until I met and worked with Carlos Menendez as a salesperson I thought all sa I have been buying vehicles for business and pleasure for over 55 years. Until I met and worked with Carlos Menendez as a salesperson I thought all sales people came from the same mold. Carlos is a no pressure individual, which does more to gain respect from potential customers. He would not let my wife and I leave the lot with our new vehicle, until he was sure we understood the complicated (at least to me) equipment and how to operate it. Then a follow up call 2 days later to confirm that we had no unanswered questions. I have already and will continue to recommend Carlos to any one interested in replacing their vehicle. Delray Hyundai has a real Gem in Carlos. I have owned vehicles from a 1962 Nash Rambler, 11 in arrow Lincoln Town Cars, Mercedes Convertible, Lexus, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Ford Expedition and many others, but so far owning my 2015 Genesis can hold a candle to any one of them. I had previously purchased another Genesis, from a different Hyundai Dealership, and I will not revisit or recommend them to anyone ever again. Ira set me up to meet Paul to discuss returning my 2013 Elantra Coupe who then set me up with Jackie Angstadt (sales and leasing consultant). The nice gentleman who helped me in finance handled the deal quickly and efficiently. The manager came over and introduced himself right away. I've always dreaded going to a dealership to purchase or lease a car but Jackie was so friendly and knowledgeable that she made me feel comfortable right away. She explained different options I wanted to discuss and helped me make the right decision. The 2015 Elantra I leased is the 6th Hyundai my husband and I have driven. Excellent first car buying experience I have never financed a dealership car before my 2009 Nissan Altima and didn't think I would either. She was nothing but helpful, friendly and never hesitated to help answer any questions I had. The people here at Delray Hyundai will do anything to ensure you get the best deal no matter what. It was the first dealership I went to and i'm glad I did so. Very patient people who are there for their customers. I drove home that same day in my car that is guaranteed to last! Sure, the paperwork is quite the hassle but for such quality work in the end, it's well worth the ride. More
