When “Too Good to be True” happened to be true Roberto Alfaro, Internet Sales Manager at Delray Hyundai, is the one who made my first time experience of leasing a car not only stress-free but prett Roberto Alfaro, Internet Sales Manager at Delray Hyundai, is the one who made my first time experience of leasing a car not only stress-free but pretty much pleasant. And all this is in spite of almost non-stop raining on August 26, 2015 -- the day I first met him, took a test drive, and signed the papers. Having read everything possible about car leasing on the Internet, I waited until the very last moment for the catch and when unexpected charges would start popping up. They did not -- Roberto sold me 2015 Genesis 3.8 exactly as we agreed during our multiple email exchange. I did not even had to bargain -- the deal he offered was much better I got from other six Hyundai dealers near Boca Raton. My original idea was to lease a car totally over the Internet without a need to face a salesperson. However it worked only in one case of Delray Hyundai. Only Roberto answered ALL my questions and kept the entire process transparent. Internet representatives at other dealerships either did not bother to answer specific questions at all or stopped the entire communication after I began asking questions like what ‘Money Factor’ was used to calculate a monthly lease payment, etc. The only thing they wanted was to get me at the dealership and start throwing numbers at me. As a matter of fact, for the sake of comparison, I visited the nearest dealership a day before I leased my Genesis from Roberto, and it was exactly what I was afraid of: a salesman with a worksheet and lots of numbers you cannot comprehend, who decides nothing, and every 15 minutes runs to his manager and brings new numbers you still do not understand. Roberto did not need to run for consultations -- highly recommended!! More
