When I called with my dissatisfaction, I was told that I would be given an appointment and a loaner car. I am still waiting for that call and appointment time. I did refer a friend, who then purchased a car there, and have not received any thanks. I have told my mother, who is shopping for a new car, that this dealership is not for her, as she demands high quality service. More

My Hyundai Veloster Turbo was close to being over mileage on a four year lease. I wanted to turn it in 13 months early at Napleton Hyundai where I leased it from. Good sales person, bad finance guy I had Carlos as my sales person, very knowledgable about the product and very professional. He took his time with me and never pressured me into anyt I had Carlos as my sales person, very knowledgable about the product and very professional. He took his time with me and never pressured me into anything. THe Finance guy was horrible, he almost killed the deal with his high pressure attempts to get me to purcahse additional warranties. He asked me 9 times to purchase additional warranties and i finally had to tell him to stop or i would walk out...horrible, he must know someone there to be in this job. He will kill more deals with his aggressive tactics and unprofessional manner. More

We were able to test drive the models that interested us without any interference or any kind of pressuring. Sadko worked with us on getting the deal that we wanted and had all of the paperwork ready for us when we returned to pick up the vehicle without any surprises. Sadko made some very good recommendations without any pressure whatsoever. The time we spent in the dealership was the least we have ever spent.
