My first impression of the dealorship was very important in I was currently in a lease with Delray Lincoln with three months remaining. I stopped at Hyundai Dealership on a whim and opportunity to check on the Genesis Model I had seen advertised on a flyer I had received. I was roaming through the parking lot and Norman Goldstein approached me and discussed the specifics of the Genesis Model. He got the keys to the model I was inspecting and we went on a test drive. I was so impressed with the ride and options provided I decided to forego my last four months of my lease and go into a Genesis Lease. I was also impressed with casual appearance of the facility and the friendly attitude of the employees. Norman was as helpful as possible, drove me to return my Lincoln to the dealership. He introduced me to fellow employees and sales staff. We toured the facility and left assured I had made the right decision. More
