Very nice, non-pressured experience at Delray Hyundai I hadn’t bought a new car in 14 years so I wasn’t sure what to expect I hadn’t heard anything one way or the other regarding Delray Hyundai but I liv I hadn’t bought a new car in 14 years so I wasn’t sure what to expect I hadn’t heard anything one way or the other regarding Delray Hyundai but I live in west Delray so it was a natural starting point when I went looking for a new Hyundai SUV. I’m very glad I went there first. Alex Temple was the salesperson that took care of me. He was very pleasant, very informative, answered all my questions and did not pressure me in any way. I was originally looking at the 2016 Tucson Ultimate but decided to get the slightly larger Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate. He definitely seemed like he wanted me to get exactly what I was looking for and to be happy with my purchase. He also took a few calls from me well outside of his normal working hours to answer some additional questions I had. Great for him to do that! The price was very fair and I would recommend this dealership and Alex to anyone. More

We have leased many cars before but no one ever informed us that if you were a veteran that you could get an extra discount but Al did. He saved us $500.00 because of it. Great shopping experience My wife and I dealt with Carlos Menendez while looking for either a 2016 Tuscan or Sonata. He offered no pressure but totally answered any questions My wife and I dealt with Carlos Menendez while looking for either a 2016 Tuscan or Sonata. He offered no pressure but totally answered any questions we had. After seeing both types of vehicles we decided on the Sonata. Carlos started up the sales deal without the normal smoke and mirror nonsense about pricing and deals. We ended up spending a very short time completing the sale unlike other dealerships we have been to. This makes the 7th Hyundai we have bought since 2001 as well as several referrals to friends who have also bought from Hyundai, far and away this has been the best experience of all with Hyundai and previous brands like chevy and ford. So, I returned when I needed a vehicle to replace my Lexus LS-430. I had never before seen or driven a Genesis but thought it was worth looking at. When you don't know the vehicle, many times a dealer will rush you through the process.
