I have poor credit and had been fooled into allowing other dealerships to request financing on my behalf, a total of 16 requests had been made on my behalf by the time I went and saw him. He made sure to have his finance director look at my situation before sending any requests out on my behalf. I was patient with them and 5 days after initally going in, I was approved for a 2010 Kia Forte with 52,000 miles and a 20,000 miles warranty. The finance director worked some magic and I am so happy that I went to this dealership, they went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I could get financed. I would recommend them to everyone. More

Buying a car was simple and pleasant at Delray Hyundai I have purchased many new cars over the years, but never have I had such an enjoyable experience as I had at Delray Hyundai with Alex Rosa, our salesm I have purchased many new cars over the years, but never have I had such an enjoyable experience as I had at Delray Hyundai with Alex Rosa, our salesman. Alex was extremely knowledgeable when he showed us the standard features and options of the 2016 Sonata. Negotiating a price was direct, efficient and fair--I hate spending hours at car dealerships. Purchasing the car was effortless as Alex took us through the documents. Finally, Alex got us in our new car and patiently went over the functions, options and safety equipment. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make the experience comfortable , excellent and never pressured me. I went in looking for one model and they showed me an option that was much better than I expected. The dealer followup was excellent and Roberto talkd to me several times after the purchase and told me when it was time to service the vehicle to call him and he would personally take me to service and make sure all goes perfect. When my lease is up I hope Roberto is there to get me my next Hyundai.This dealership is perfect.The Elantra looks better than any car in its class and it rides great..I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. It created the perception that I would be getting a better deal on my car if I wasn't paying for frills. That's a good perception to have. But the coffee was good, so they obviously know when to spend. The day I went to buy my car, it was raining so there weren't a lot of people around, which meant no waiting. My gain. I think from now on I'll always go get a car on rainy days. The process was smooth. The salesman took time to explain everything about the car. More
