The worst dealer I’ve EVER BEEN TO! 3 hours to change spark plugs in a 2007 Sonata? Charged $600 in labor for $30 spark plugs? Charged $800 (4 hours)to put silicone on valve cover? $600 3 hours to change spark plugs in a 2007 Sonata? Charged $600 in labor for $30 spark plugs? Charged $800 (4 hours)to put silicone on valve cover? $600 to put silicone on oil pan (3 hours). Would have taken less then 1 hour to replace them both with brand new ones with cost of parts would. Even less then 1/3 that price! Worst part is, NO ONE will discuss this gross over charging of an 85yr old senior!!! Filipi (service adviser is an outright liar) Sam service manager afraid to return calls and can not get to GM Armen. I will notify as many people as possible to STAY AWAY from this dealership!! Legal action is not out of the picture either!! So if you DON’T want to be ripped do not go to this dealership! They can give no explanation as why it took as long as it did for each job performed.
