I've had 8:30 AM service appt. for today for quite some time. I showed at 8:05 and the receiving tech went to notify the service manager and was informed there were 2 customers ah for today for quite some time. I showed at 8:05 and the receiving tech went to notify the service manager and was informed there were 2 customers ahead of me, then I would be next. I waited in the lobby and watched how other customers that arrived later where taken care of. At 8:55 I went to the Service Manager to inquire why I was still waiting while others, even 1 without an appt had their service ticket prepared. He said those were all 8 o'clock appointments; if that was the case, they arrived late. It would have been better if he had acknowledge he made a mistake but he decided to insist that since I had arrived early to my appointment I had to wait. He then asked what service the appt. was for, he never looked at my appointment nor asked for my name. After I insisted I had been waiting for over 45 minutes and told him what service I had scheduled, he said it would take over 4 hours to get my car done. When I mentioned he even had taken care of another customer without an appt. he said the lady was a customer and had called him directly, what he didn't realize is I bought my car at this store and I'm also a paying customer. My appointment was for a oil change and tire rotation, he insisted that the long time for the service was because it was Saturday. He could send me home with Uber but I couldn't get the car done in 1 to 1.5 hours. But, if my car had been taken in based on my arrival and the # of cars ahead of mine I could have been done by 11, that is the reason for appointments. He offered to send me home by Uber, but never once did he acknowledge he skipped over me to take care of everyone else. I them proceeded to go to the main store to speak with management, but the only manager available was a sales manager. Another employee sharing the office with the manager asked what was the problem when I explained the situation he said the individual in service is the Service Manager, there was nothing they could do, and that I the fact that I arrived early for my appt. was not justification for how I had to wait or treated. But, there was nothing they could do. I always take my car for service here since I bought, but since they sold, the service/customer service has been declining. The only reason I still take my vehicle in is due to the location, but I will look for another place to service my car. More

Eduard Sargsyan, Sales Consultant, was very helpful in helping us in purchasing our new Elantra. Ed was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and explained all its features. Ed was not at all aggressive in helping us in purchasing our new Elantra. Ed was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and explained all its features. John was genuine and candid from the first second, and unlike a lot of other salespeople I've encountered, he actually listened to at Delray Hyundai. John was genuine and candid from the first second, and unlike a lot of other salespeople I've encountered, he actually listened to me and respected my boundaries when I told him I wasn't comfortable purchasing a car the first two times we met. Many salespeople will stop being kind when they realize they're not making a sale in that moment, and John stayed kind and helpful throughout it all. In me, John earned a customer for life. I plan to give him the first opportunity with any future car I purchase - not just because their prices were great, but also because I like supporting good people. It's weird to say this about spending $20k+, but the whole experience was truly a pleasure. More
