At Delray Hyundai, we appreciate feedback, good or bad. That is how we improve our customer service. We value our customers. Unfortunately, in this case the customer has decided to blatantly lie instead of discussing the particular circumstances. Hyundai returned the paperwork since it did not say "corporation" on it, it said corp. The customer after driving the car for about 3 weeks, came in and decided that he did not want to be responsible for the "manufacturer" disposition fee. This fee comes directly from Hyundai and we have no control over it. The customer crossed out items on the new contract and we were unable to use it. Since we could not proceed, we gave the customer the option of returning the vehicle, which he did. This was a courtesy that most dealerships will not do, considering the vehicle is 3 weeks old. But once again it is our goal to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We would still like to talk to the customer, even though he then went somewhere else and purchased. We hope you are happy with your new vehicle. Thank You!
