I went to Delray Hyundai yesterday as my USB port broke I went to the parts department 1st and informed me that I have a leased 2022 Tucson and need to take it to the service department and they will handl I went to the parts department 1st and informed me that I have a leased 2022 Tucson and need to take it to the service department and they will handle everything for me When I walked in there was a young girl at a desk that aske to help me and when I explained why I was there she said you have to go to the parts department I told her they sent me here she said I do not care you need to go there again I repeated what they said and she got very rude and nasty I asked her for a manager 3 times and then she finally got one. He was extremely nice and profession and said I definitely am at the right department when I was telling him what the girl was saying to me and how rude she was she starting yelling over me to him why he was assisting me There was another customer behind me and I said sis I do anything wrong and he said that he thought I handle the situation perfectly My issue is if she is the 1st impression to your service department this is totally unacceptable I am on my 7th Hyundai and have never been treated or talked too like she did There are so many people without jobs maybe you can find a more professional person to save your reputation I would rate you 5 stars but my 1st impression with the service department was terrible More
I visited Hyundai service on 11. 15.2022 for 30K miles service for my Tucson 2016 SUV and new service advisor Mr. Hector Laso was assigned to me. I was very pleased with his assistanc 15.2022 for 30K miles service for my Tucson 2016 SUV and new service advisor Mr. Hector Laso was assigned to me. I was very pleased with his assistance since it was first time I was treated with respect. He was very knowledgeable and communication with him was smooth and quick. Hector explained in detail what will be checked and made arrangement for my transportation home and back. As he promised, after initial inspection at service, he contacted me via phone, explained what needs to be done and gave me approximate cost of each service step. When we both agreed what will be done, I gave him OK to start. During day he kept me informed when something additional needs to be added and we negotiated. I had 30 years of experience at IBM being professional and manager, and when I say that Hector's work is professional, I am correct. So, when I came for service on February 2, 2023, I asked for Hector to be my advisor, and I was very pleased with his service again. Frank and his boss were very helpful and gave all the information we needed while we were at the dealership. They are very transparent, easy, and fast to work with.
