The first sales person that made the sale made a terrible mistake with registering the serial number of a different vehicle. After I realized that there was a mistake and called the sales person, I got NO callback . But when Jackie got involved, she took over and came to my home with all the proper paper work and also called my insurance company and solved the problem!!!
