An honest, fair interaction When shopping for a new car, would you rather go to a glitzy showroom and deal with marginal staff, or go to a bare-bones showroom and work with excep When shopping for a new car, would you rather go to a glitzy showroom and deal with marginal staff, or go to a bare-bones showroom and work with exceptional staff who work hard to get you the best deal? I shopped both types of dealerships when getting my 2018 Genesis G80 and found myself walking out of the glitzy showroom and buying (leasing) the car from an exceptional dealership (DELRAY GENESIS). Will I recommend this dealership to others....YES! This was the first vehicle that I purchased at the dealership and if it wasn't for their relationship with Costco, I probably would not have visited the dealership. But Costco was right, Delray Genesis is a high volume dealership that gives customers a fair deal. Gone were the vehicle "surcharges" and double-talk of the other dealers, Michael Shaevitz treated me fairly! Can you believe one dealership actually listed a $899 surcharge to place Nitrogen in the tires of their Hyundai's! Not at Delray Hyundai! I'm 88 years old and neither I, nor any of my family members, are associated with this dealership, but this dealership treated me like family! More

Great experience My only negative is that the salesman told me it was an 18 gallon tank and it's only 14. I think he got his models confused.
