Delray Genesis takes all reviews very seriously and our customer service is our number one priority. Kim, we sat down with the GSM, Manny and your sales team. All documentation and agreements in finance must be clearly shown and displayed for your review and your signature. We are 100% transparent. The window sticker was with the vehicle and could have been presented to you at any time to look at. It was always available on the website under that particular models VDP page. A copy of the agreement/purchase order is presented to the owner at time of delivery of the vehicle. Since you were paying in cash and had to get a cashier's check, the vehicle was still owned by the dealership, we could not present you with it at that time. Once everything was finalized, all paperwork including the PO was provided. The salesperson spent over an hour going over the vehicle with you. If you have further questions, we will more than glad to setup a time with a different salesperson, if you wished. Finally, the GSM reached out to your husband yesterday to go over the concerns and send a copy of the window sticker. Again, if your husband or yourself would like to speak with the GSM on the phone or schedule an appointment, we will be more than glad to set it up. ​ ​

Roger, If anyone on the staff was not polite and clear and concise on going over your service, we apologize on their behalf. As for demanding a time frame for services to be done, that is not possible. All technicians and services are scheduled and your service advisor has detailed online that they follow. If you would like to reschedule, we will be more than glad to assist you, but you are unable to demand scheduled time. Delray Hyundai is here and does our best for our customers.

I did reschedule to the next day and went there for having the key programmed with the fob that you had ordered. I left the car at 9:30 and at 4pm I had called 4 times to ask if it was ready but the service agentYezenia De La Flor Ventura did never call me back. Then I went there to pick it up and got no answer if it was ready. At 5:40 the service agent told me that they had not been able to find the key fob and I need to come back another day! I spent 8 hours waiting for my car and no one took the time to call me, this is not acceptable and when I go there to have the key fob that they ordered again programmed it will be the last time I visit that service shop. You need to learn your employees to take responsibility for the customers and make them happy, not angry. You are not doing your best for your customers... I did see other people waiting and they were as upset as I. I expects the manager to contact me.

JJ, Hyundai in the US follows all the guidelines put forth by the manufacturer. There are certain things that are not allowed to be serviced in US. Delray Hyundai would love to service all vehicles, but we are restricted by the rules and regulations we must follow.
