I have worked with 3 different sales consultsants and by far, Travis Willams was the most professional, personable, and knowledgable of these. Not only was Travis patient, I was there 5 hrs., and answered all my questions, if he was unsure of an answer, he was not afraid to admit it and seek out someone who could help him find the answer. Horrible Customer Service I used the valet service for my new genesis and this was by far the worst experience I have had in my adult life. My car was damaged and I was told th I used the valet service for my new genesis and this was by far the worst experience I have had in my adult life. My car was damaged and I was told that it was my fault for buying rims for my vehicle. The service manager Richard has no customer service skills and he should consider finding a new career. I asked the dealership to fix my car and they said it wasn't their fault. Do not get your car serviced at this dealership if you want them to be careful while driving your car. I will be contacting my attorney to try and resolve this matter but take my advice am beware of delray Acura/Hyundai. If I could give them zero stars I would. More
