Called Hyundai Delray The staff were rude on the phone and unwilling to help with my 2020 Tucson, even though I had the vehicle towed to their location. They claimed I had never been a customer, despite the fact that I have receipts proving otherwise. They also refused to honor the engine repairs covered under my extended warranty, even though I provided the warranty documentation. On top of that, I left six voicemail messages requesting updates on my vehicle's repair status and never received a callback. This is the third—and definitely the last—time I will use this service center. My experience has been consistently disappointing, and I cannot recommend them. DO NOT GO THERE! More

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had when getting an oil change and tire rotation I ever had. Arrived at dealership at 12:00 pm for my appointment. Sat for half hour before being called. The I was told it would be 3 hours for the work to be done. The representative sent me home in an uber. I had to call the representative 11 times before she called an Uber to pick me up by that time it was 4:30 The uber driver couldn’t find me because he said it was the wrong address Final the uber driver pick me up and took me to the dealership around five got home around 5:30. 5 & half hours from my appointment time. I have never had it take so long for oil change and tire rotation. Something should be done to make the service time a lot shorter. More
