Michael was of super great help when i brought my car and my wife's car in for service. Upon inspection of my wife's car Michael pointed out that there were dings on the roof and trunk. I cannot say enough about this service department. I started my lease at this location and moved to Ft Lauderale. I have tried other Honda Dealers for routine maintenance and it was a nightmare. I commute to this location due to the great customer server. Sia was so amazing. Had an issue that a Collision Shop did not the best job. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and even stayed late to iron out my sound kinks. Over and above. It’s refreshing to see people still care. Brandon was outright rude to me. I was about to work a deal with this dealership for a 2019 Honda CRV. I started working with Lucie, who was great at working out the numbers and work I was about to work a deal with this dealership for a 2019 Honda CRV. I started working with Lucie, who was great at working out the numbers and worked like a charm with me. I agreed on the price, but I am based in Jacksonville and was trying to work it over the phone. I asked about the basic dealer coverage of the vehicle in case I drive out of the dealership and 15 minutes after that AC goes off or anything goes wrong with the car. This is when she asked Brandon to discuss the coverage with me. I was only trying to ensure they have inspected the vehicle correctly and that they are ready to commit to proper operations of all the parts for at least 300 - 400 miles (the distance from Delray to Jax is 300 miles) so I can reach home in that vehicle. Not only was he not ready to commit to anything, but he was also very aggressive in his tone. I kept telling him that you are not letting me speak, that you were constantly talking over me, and that you are rude, but he kept going. He started questioning other dealers that even if they commit to 300 miles / 3 days of dealer coverage, they won't do that in writing. It came to a point where I called off the deal. I don't want to work with a dealership that is led by a person who gets this aggressive with the customers. More
