I recently purchased a Honda CRV at Delray Honda. I love the car. When the maintenance required warning came on, I called Delray Honda to make an appointment for service. I was given a same day appoi I love the car. When the maintenance required warning came on, I called Delray Honda to make an appointment for service. I was given a same day appointment...I was greeted by Mike Young in the service department. Mike was great. He explained everything that they were going to do, including not just maintenence, but a complete check. Mike ordered an oil change, tire rotation, changing of both the cabin filter and the engine filter. In and out in 75 minutes. I received a printed copy of all the work done on my car. What an enjoyable experience. In the past, I have never got service like this at any dealership. Great job starting with Todd, the sales manager, Jason, my salesman, and Mike Young, my service rep.
