If I could give negative stars I would. Jeff and service manager Alex scammed my boyfriend into a $800 car service without verbally stating the price beforehand. The service for his LEASED car usually costs $80-$90, now all of a sudden the service is 10x the usual price? They had no sympathy, just wanting to scam a college student a week before Christmas in times like this. Disgusting, vile behavior. I purchased my civic from Delray Honda and will not return to service my car OR purchase my next car. I hope they get scammed 10x worse and feel how my boyfriend felt, not being able to buy Christmas gifts! More
