We were looking at a used car. We called about a particular car, which the salesman said was still there. When we arrived 30 min later, the salesman said the car was just sold. So we looked at anot particular car, which the salesman said was still there. When we arrived 30 min later, the salesman said the car was just sold. So we looked at another car. During test drive I asked the saleman a question and when he didn't answer i realized he was texting. He was texting during the entire test drive. I asked him if there was maintenance records on the vehihicle so I could see if the oil was changed regularly. He told me,"look how clean this car is, a car this clean has had the oil changed on schedule." I told him that the cleanliness of a car has nothing to do with whether the oil was changed. He told me, "look, I have been doing this for 5 years and I know when a car has been taken care of. People who live in this area take care of their cars." After the test drive I walked around the car to inspect the body for dents/scratches. The salesman was atanding there holding the door open and looked impatient for me to go into his office to start working a deal. He called out to me," what are you looking at ?" I told him I was looking at the condition of the car, and I told him that I saw some scratches here and there. To which he replied, "What do you expect? It is a used car." I said to him, "I realize it is a used car I just want to know what I am purchasing". It got worse from there. Needless to say I will never return again to Delray Honda. More

I took my 2003 Element in because it overheated. I was told by the service technician that my head gasket was blown and that I needed a whole new engine and radiator and radiator fans. The total they wer told by the service technician that my head gasket was blown and that I needed a whole new engine and radiator and radiator fans. The total they were going to charge me was $5k. Since the only symptom of a problem was that it overheated, I was skeptical and decided to get a second opinion. Thank God I did. The only problem the other mechanic could find with my car is that my radiator fans were bad. I got them replaced and the car runs great. I drove it to Orlando this weekend and it's as good as new. The mechanics at Delray Honda are either incompetent or they are cheerfully ripping people off. If you take your car there, do your own research on your problem and don't take any recommendation that you can't independently verify. More

Alfonso was a horrible salesman. He was rude and very condescending. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot , yet he had no clue what he was talking about. I have never seen such terrible customer service f condescending. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot , yet he had no clue what he was talking about. Delray Honda advertised a 2008 Honda CRV on AutoTrader.com for $13,500. I responded to the ad with the e-mail link from that ad. Peter from Internet sales called me back, said they had the car AutoTrader.com for $13,500. I responded to the ad with the e-mail link from that ad. Peter from Internet sales called me back, said they had the car is stock and scheduled an appointment. I drove to Delray Beach and spent a long time going over the car and driving it. When it came to buying the car, Peter tells me the price is $16,999 and produced a copy of the ad with the price changed. I brought the ad with me to show the $13,500 price. Peter said that was my ad, not his, and blamed AutoTrader for the change. As an experienced buyer and seller with AutoTrader, I know that they do not touch your ad – the dealer/individual placing the ad must make changes directly. Peter and or the Internet department at Delray Honda changed the ad while I was in transit - obvious consumer fraud. I do not know if the managers or owners of Delray Honda know their Internet Department is blatantly dishonest. More
