Lies, Lies and more Lies From the beginning to the end there were lies both from Randy (the used car sales manager) and Carlos and Gary the Warranty sales person. The paperwork was incomplete, had the wrong date on it and wasn't the date I actually I picked up the vehicle. The lies and attitude by Randy was rude. I never rec 'd any business card from him. As for Gary he never gave me the actual booklet explaining the warranty program until I asked Carlos, after the sale of the warranty. I was told they were certifying the car when I picked it up, when in fact it was done on 4/4/15. They made me wait in service dept. claiming they were doing it while I waited. I waited approx. 2 hours. I question if it was ever done again. The papertrail says otherwise. Randy claimed he would extend the courtesy of a 145.00 Dollar credit if I decided to put on side moldings, and I would incur the rest of the payment. No where is that in writiny on my paperwork. Since he lied before what is stopping him from lying again. I never got a full explanation of the features and benifits of the vehicle. I have no idea how to work the navigation system or other features on that portion of the dashboard. I was told to come back, Carlos was TOO Busy at the time I picked up the vehicle on 4/25/15. I explained to him that I wasn't able to come back to the dealership since my disability prevented me from driving back. I asked him to come to my house (approx. 7 miles from the dealership) and he said he couldn't GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE I don't think so. I checked the rubber seal on the trunk after I brought the car back home and noticed that the rubber was cut from the previous owner. All in all the experience was very unpleasant. More

Very accomadating I was a loyal customer to Hendrick Honda for years, but when I went in to return my leased car and either buy or rent a new car they weren't very heal I was a loyal customer to Hendrick Honda for years, but when I went in to return my leased car and either buy or rent a new car they weren't very healful. So I decided to bring my Honda civic to Delray Honda and was treated much better. They did everything in their power to make sure I left with a car that I was satisfied with. Better yet they even helped me to reduce my overall monthly payments. This is a dealership that really wants your business and will go out of their way for you. I highly recommend them. More
