About a month before walking into Delray Honda i was in contact with 6 different Honda Dealers pricing out the Honda CR-Z. Charles Loiacono was the most customer oriented Internet Sales Manager out of all contact with 6 different Honda Dealers pricing out the Honda CR-Z. Charles Loiacono was the most customer oriented Internet Sales Manager out of all 6 dealerships i talked to. I was not an easy customer when i was doing my online price wars, Charles did his best to accomodate my various demands. I decided to stop by and test drive the CR-Z, thats where i met David Starky, i let him know the terms i wanted for my car and he made sure i felt at ease. There was no high pressure sales tactics, we checked out a few models and he was very knowledgeable on the CR-Z, i didnt know that registered Hybrids could drive in the HOV lane anytime until i stopped by Delray Honda. Isreal in the Finance department was very friendly and did all they he could to help me get the rate i needed, and was willing to fight for me on the client side. He thought outside of the box to get me a lower rate given my situation. In the end i was able to leave in my new CR-Z with the price i wanted and it wouldnt be possible without the staff at Delray Honda. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase or lease. More

After visiting four other dealers, I was impressed at the professionalism of Starky. At any moment there was pressure on his part to close the deal that day "before the cars go away". Two days later I went to buy the car> All the terms we discussed previously stood, plus two new I brought to the table. I arrived at the dealership at 10 AM and by 1 PM, with the help of the dealership manager and the financing manager, I was driving back home my new car. Everything work like clocwork and left after a very satisfying experience. More

WE vivisted several dealers before visiting Delray Honda and wish we had started at Delray first. We would of avoided a lot of frustration and wasted time. Charlie and Jose were very helpful in making us understand everything and not just given us a take it or leave it attitude. I have worked in customer service/sales for several years and I was impressed at how we were treated by these guys. They are an asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends. More
We were all set to purchase a 2011 Honda Pilot after conducting our research. The performance and price (financing terms) of the vehicle was all that really mattered. We went to a dealer prior to visiting Delray Honda but was not so well received when we tried to negotiate price. David Starkey of Delray Honda invited us down on a Sunday to test drive the Honda Pilot. He and Jose Santiago were extremely attentive and understanding to our needs. We wanted a particular color vehicle and within our price point. We were able to negotiate a fair price and great terms, and in addition David set out to find the color vehicle that we wanted as the burgundy was not in stock at that location. A burgundy Honda Pilot was located in Miami and arrangements were made to acquire, relocate and prepare for pickup the following day. They actually offered to deliver the vehicle to our home (30 minutes away). I was very impressed with the depth and breath of customer service, they all made our experience enjoyable and extra-ordinary. How great was the service, we were provided with a nice meal during our time. Awesome guys, awesome team. I say team as we had a small issue with the vehicle that was addressed with immediate effect, a rental was given to us for a day to allow enough time to ensure that the problem was resolved, which it was. Enough said, if you need a Honda, Delray Honda is the dealership to attend for an extra-ordinary level of service. More
Terrific!!!!!!!!! I originally went in for service to repair a dead battery and while waiting for the car I went into the showroom. This is the first time at this Honda dealership and it was the most pleasant experience i have had in leasing a car. I would NOT recommend this dealership. My salesman was a sweet and sincere guy named Charlie. If you must go to Delray Honda, I would seek him out. But he was new, saying he'd only been there 4.5 months, and he wasn't even empowered to decide on my offer. I test-drove a used Jetta that was in very good condition for an 8-year-old car. Based on the things I found wrong -- many scratches on inside driver's side door panel, busted center arm rest, permanent creases on storage pouch behind passenger seat, stains all over the felt lining of roof -- I made a serious offer based on KBB guidelines. The offer was summarily rejected and no one countered or offered to fix the problems. Charlie thanked me, but the others let me walk out, showing no appreciation for my consideration. More
Because we've never liked to be pressured into buying anything, shopping for a new car has always been a bit "uncomfortable." The first thing we noticed when we drove up, no one was there to help open my car door for me AND then no one was there to gently help me walk into the showroom. David Starky did greet us INSIDE and was very helpful with all our questions & concerns. We were still unsure which car to buy and when we did return a few days later to buy the Accord, it was because of the friendly and undemanding atmosphere at Delray Honda. We also bought the Extended Service & Maintanence Agreement. Hopefully we will be as satisfied with that experience and can then happily direct anyone we know who is interested in buying a car to this helpful & competent dealership. More
Overall we had a great experience with Delray Honda. We worked with a great sales rep who was able to meet our budget and was very friendly and helpful. Our only negative experience, whcih can be expected in any car dealership was the struggle with the finance person to get an acceptable interest rate. More
