Alfonso was a horrible salesman. He was rude and very condescending. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot , yet he had no clue what he was talking about. Delray Honda advertised a 2008 Honda CRV on AutoTrader.com for $13,500. I responded to the ad with the e-mail link from that ad. Peter from Internet sales called me back, said they had the car AutoTrader.com for $13,500. I responded to the ad with the e-mail link from that ad. Peter from Internet sales called me back, said they had the car is stock and scheduled an appointment. I drove to Delray Beach and spent a long time going over the car and driving it. When it came to buying the car, Peter tells me the price is $16,999 and produced a copy of the ad with the price changed. I brought the ad with me to show the $13,500 price. Peter said that was my ad, not his, and blamed AutoTrader for the change. As an experienced buyer and seller with AutoTrader, I know that they do not touch your ad – the dealer/individual placing the ad must make changes directly. Peter and or the Internet department at Delray Honda changed the ad while I was in transit - obvious consumer fraud. I do not know if the managers or owners of Delray Honda know their Internet Department is blatantly dishonest. More
I did all of my shopping via the internet before I visited the store and Maia, my sales rep, was very helpful in answering any questions that I had about the car and the price. After doing my due dilligence I settled on a 2012 Honda CRV from Delray Honda. I shopped many different dealers around the area and Delray Honda was the least inexpensive. I made an appointment with Maia to come in on Sunday morning and she had the vehicle ready and clean for me to take home. After we aggreed to a trade in value for my 2009 Honda CRV which was very fair Maia completed my paperwork. I met with the business manager Russ and he explained all of my financing options and off we went. I am a local business owner and I wanted to take a couple of minutes and recongnize Delray Honda for their great service. I understand the customer service business and good service does not often get credit!! More
We agree on one thing, when confirmation came it was another! When I questioned it, I was told that I misunderstood!!! When I mentioned to review the vedio which I had to sign for, I was told it had b another! When I questioned it, I was told that I misunderstood!!! I kept calling for an appointment to no avail!! I left a message on his answering machine, I did finally get a response however, was told he didn't have time to meet with me. I told him I had to show him the paper work since I had discovered other problems that were very serious. He said, let me review the paper work and he would get back with me, instead he had his financial manager call and wanted me to discuss the problems with him... I would not agree and finally asked if PACKING OF PAYMENTS was illegal? He agreed it was. I, then said that is why I need to speak with Mike Margus,GM. He said he would relay the message when he returned to work since he was out sick and had called from home. This took place 7/26/12 after meeting with others on 7/23/12 and on 7/25/12 again unable to resolve the problem. Today is 7/31/12. I will atempt to meet with Mike Margus,GM, tomorrow...8/1/12. More

Yes brought my new civic 2012 ex sedan.It was not the color I came there to see either and I love it. Went back last week to ask Paul a few questions as he told anything I need just let him know -well he was with other customer and other salesman was only to glad to listen his name Omar.I just had to comment because if the rest of the people are like that what a place to do business. Everyone ther from service mechanic tothe guys that clean and prep your car awesome.BRAVO TO YOU!! More

He was truthful and showed great patience. The most important thing was the honesty. When a dealer is honest and they stand behind their product and what they do, it sends the buyer home feeling good. Russell has been in this business a long time. He worked the financing on the loan and also showed great knowledge and patience. There was no pressure just answers to questions. Great Experience ***** More
they don't check the vehicles they call certified. i bought one with 10k mile that had the tires dry cracked and i went back and the tire manager said it was nothing wrong with them after dicusing the d bought one with 10k mile that had the tires dry cracked and i went back and the tire manager said it was nothing wrong with them after dicusing the danger of driving tires like that i was told to have them inspected by a michelin deeler and if they would replace delray honda would pay the difference,, got them inspected and found they were very bad cracked even on the inside had them replaced, sent the bill to delray honda,,,,, they will not hold their word..... don't trust this deeler''''///////Mr Benjamin sent me a message and after explaining the situation to Mr. Benjamin and making some investigation on his side about this issues he took care of the replacement cost... I apreciate that from him...thanks a lot..and for the tire expert I hope he relize that safety in first when selling a vehicle and that is one of the reasons I like Honda..other than him every body in this place was good.... I was in great lengths and negotiations with this dealership. The price continued to change and when I actually called to purchase the vehicle, they told me they had other plans for the vehicle. I asked them if they sold it, since I was just there 6 hours before, and the salesman said, "No, but they have other plans for the truck." I then asked to speak with Casey, and my salesman said that Casey couldn't talk but would give me a ring later that night. Needless to say, I didn't get a call. I called again and was told that he would return my call. Nothing happened. I called the third day, and my salesman said that Casey would maybe call later in the day, but that I could probably come in and buy the vehicle. After getting jerked around, I went to the closest competitor, Lake Worth Honda, got a new truck (not a demo) for the exact same price in the color I deserved. My suggestion, go ahead and get a quote on a vehicle here if you want, but be careful of the bait and switch and the lack of customer service. Their Monday Night Football ad for what they stand for is the total opposite of what is truly represented. A joke. More
