My husband and I have driven old cars, his was a 92 Honda Civic and I drove a 98 Nissan Altima for the past 16 and 13 years. We went online and looked at cars from Delray Honda. We made an appointment with Peter Madera for the following day. When we arrived, we were greeted by the employees as we passed. Peter was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and needed and helped us to pick the CRV we most wanted and with the most features for our money. We decided on the CRV EXL (with Navi). Peter's knowledge of the vehicle was amazing, especially since my husband is a 16 year Honda mechanic, he was so so impressed. Peter went over all of the gadgets in the CRV (yes...buying a Honda is like buying a Mercedes or BMW, etc. without the heavy price). Everyone one from sales, to financing, insurance, everyone was so friendly to my husband and me and made our experience so easy and wonderful! Just to tell you how well our experience went, I went back to Delray Honda just this past Saturday (February 1st) and purchased another new vehicle...this time I worked with Miai, who is so knowledgeable about the vehicle, friendly, that I felt like we had been friends for years. Russ helped me again in financing and by the time I was done, I walked out trading in my 98 Nissan Altima (got a great trade in price) and left with a 2014 Honda Accord EXL Coupe with Navi too. My husband and I could not be any happier than we are now since our experience with Delray Honda! To the both of us, if anyone needs a great priced reliable safe car (and Honda really stacks on the fun and safe features for their vehicles), we both highly recommend you see anyone at the Delray Honda dealership! More
Frank Foto's professionalism is exceptional. His goal at Delray Honda is to see that his customers are completely satisfied with service that they feel is needed. I had some minor issues with a new Oddysey and he handled everything efficiently and expediently. He is a true asset to the company. He is pleasant to work with, he understands client's concerns, and works quickly to resolve issues. I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to work with him. Another mention is Frany Lena in sales. Again, personality plus! He is personable, outgoing, and eager to get the right vehicle for his client. He is not a pushy sales representative and takes his time presenting the options available to his customers. I've worked with Franky in the past, and he is the reason I keep coming back ro buy new vehicles from Delray Honda. Here in South Florida, people have a wide variety of dealerships from which to choose. Franky makes that decision an easy one. More
I used the Consumer Report car buying service and it was great. The price was way under the Costco price and I could not find a competitive match when speaking to other dealers in the Ft Lauderdale area. No great. No hard selling or "gotcha's. Sales Manager Jason Hopkins was very accommodating. When I noticed a $100 discrepancy in the sales invoice, he agreed to my suggestion to have my new Civic window tinted. I knew it would cost me more from another source, so it became a win-win. A very enjoyable experience overall. More

To be honest I really expected the worst but I can honestly say Christopher gave me 150%. Everything he told me was the truth and he didn't sell me any dreams. he was very upfront. He treated my daughter and I like VIP, and I will remember this experience for a very long time. I will definitely recommend Delray Honda to all my friends and family. We decided to use our Costco Membership and they referred us to Delray Honda. We knew our daughter used Delray Honda when she purchased her Odessy 3 years ago and she highly recommended Delray. We emailed them and Jim Nolechek promptly responded to set up an appointment. I think we actually went in that afternoon to meet with him. My husband and I immediately liked Jim and the Honda Accord EXL. What we liked about working with Jim is his informative, relaxed no pressure style. He answered all our questions before we asked them and gave us all the information we needed. He knew we were looking at another car manufacturer and still we felt no pressure. Within a. Few days we had our decision made and returned to make our purchase. We are looking forward to our Service visits in the years to come and will highly recommend Jim and Delray Honda. More

I visit my son in Boynton Beach a few times a year and have had my 1999 CRV serviced three times at Delray Honda.
