We really Appreciated the Customer service the whole dealership gave us!! I will absolutely recommend the dealership to anybody! THANKS CARLOS!!!! We also experienced another nice guy named BRIAN the Finance manager who help us with our Financing issues, He was very Helpful in explaining the payment method and resolving any questions we had to get the best payment plan possible.... .We were Very Happy when we left with our car with no Regrets!!!!!THANKS BRIAN!!! I had the pleasure of talking to quite a few of them during my visit. Carlos Orejuela demonstrated excellent product knowledge and gave me the best deal. I will admit I went to three other Honda dealerships for a price quote. Carlos beat them all (without me telling him the other quotes!) I called in advance with the stock number for the car I looked at online. Carlos had it cleaned and right up front all open to give a great first impression. The manager came and personally introduced himself and thanked me for coming in today. Josh helped me get an awesome deal on my car. I've been to plenty dealerships throughout my car shopping and this place was by far the most friendly and helpful. And it wasn't all about business, they were very personable. Everyone there was. I actually enjoyed buying my car there, which isn't always the case. The finance advisor, Miguel, Josh, and the manager all gave me their cards, wished me the best and assured me to call if I had any questions in the future about my car. Also, even after the sale, Josh continued to tell me things about my car that were not explained at the previous dealerships i went to, to insure that I knew how to operate everything and was comfortable with everything. In all honestly, their website was one of the main reasons I decided to take a look at the car in the first place. The information and images on the site, were very complete and accurate. But the website only paled in comparison, to my actual customer experience. I was fortunate to have sales associate Carlos Orejuela help me with every step of the process. From the first moment I told him of my busy schedule and my limited time, to when he put my plates on my purchased vehicle, this man was focused on my total satisfaction...and with no pressure what so ever. He and his management staff, addressed all my concerns directly and completely. As professionals, they honestly exceeded my expectations . I love my Honda CRV and will definitely go back to Delray Honda and Carlos, when I need another vehicle. More
