I attribute the positive experience to the professionalism, friendliness, and general concern for what was in my family's best interest from my sales rep Carlos (Internet Sales - but he can still serve walk in traffic). I ended up buying two vehicles from him and I can say without question that this was by far my best overall car shopping experience to date. Beyond Carlos, his team, staff, detailing crew, etc were all wonderful and on several occasions Carlos went WAY beyond the general call of duty for providing extra service to my family and I. I definitely would recommend Delray Honda and give an even stronger recommendation to Carlos. More
