Very responsive sales process Had a great experience with Zak and Frankie. Finally I think they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Zak was very responsive right fro Had a great experience with Zak and Frankie. Finally I think they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Zak was very responsive right from the get go. That is what got us to Delray Honda over other dealerships. Plus Zak gave us a great offer, though his manager tried to wriggle out of it. Eventually Frankie and Zak really worked with us to seal the deal. Not such a great experience with the Finance Manager though. He seemed too smart/fast and made me feel insecure. I did not get financing from Honda Financing finally. More
