OUTSTANDING! Carlos Orejuela went above and beyond! My family has been in the Honda family for a long time. Today, was the best car purchasing experience we ever had!!! The day before, I called Delray My family has been in the Honda family for a long time. Today, was the best car purchasing experience we ever had!!! The day before, I called Delray Honda through the Costco program and reached Martin Suarez who started the process to help my mother find a 2015 CRV-EX. The next day, my mother and I decided to go to the dealership. Martin was not working, however, he had referred us to Jason Hopkins. Jason assisted us promptly and introduced us to Carlos Orejuela to help us look for a car. Carlos Orejuela was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, through, and provided phenomenal customer service. He went above and beyond to help my mother. After realizing my mom did not have her checkbook, Carlos offered to drive to Jupiter from Delray to pick up the check; so that my mother could take her new car home that day! Who does that? He did!
