At 28+10 years old, I never purchased a new car before. Carlos explained every car option, and provided me with all the information I needed to research which car was best for me. Once I knew what I wanted, it was only a matter of time before John Kane made me fall in love with the car during the test drive. Carlos and John K spent enough time reviewing all the technological features of the car; even answering repeated questions and repeating instructions; eventually I learned to read the owner's manual, but Carlos walked me through every detail of the car, including how to roll down a window and set the clock (DON'T JUDGE). I never felt rushed or ignored. Short of going to his house and having dinner with his family, Carlos always made himself available to answer my questions by email, text, and by phone. John T in finance is a mathematical genius; and for those of us who can't add, he'll literally draw you a picture on how numbers work with banks. They were already incredibly busy when I just walked in, but they set me up with someone very quickly. Peter Carrigan was an amazing sales associate and he answered all of my questions and made sure to listen to all of my wants and needs for my new car. He set me up with my perfect match!
