I came in and expected there to be some kind of catch but there wasn't and they over allowed on my trade and gave me the best deal I've ever gotten on a car. Carlos explained everything from how the key works to how to funnel gas in if I ever ran out of gas. I mean, he took so much time and care into helping me, it was unreal. I negotiated the 1st day and came back the 2nd day for delivery, and he had the car sparkling and even brought his own wax and polished the car in front of me. This guy is the real deal and this new remodel for the dealership is awesome. Very inviting and exciting experience!! Will do business there again! More

However, my sales person, Carlos Orejuela, provide an A+ and excellent service! He truly made my car buying experience over the top, which is usually opposite to my previous experience with other dealerships. He truly listened to what I needed and exceeded my expectations. My process took about 3 days to buy the car as I'm very picky and undecided. However, Carlos was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain the differences between cars to make sure I was buying a car I truly wanted.
