Daughter's First Car - the HRV My Sales team (Zack and Travis) at Delray Honda were top notch. I was a very challenging customer and they stepped up. I had my wife and daughter do there reviews of cars of interest. I was not a part of that, I was the dealer guy and the money guy. My family came up with a short list and the HRV was on that list. We came in and Zach engaged. We were there 3 times. First time to check things out, Zach answered questions, 2nd for the test drive and the team was very supportive as well. We then had several emails, txt and phone calls with Zack on the car. In parallel I went to the Costco Car program to see where I could get the cheapest price. 3 options were Deal aggression, College Grad Price or Costco Program. Costco program was best option. We worked out the price, spent some time on financing (did not go with Honda) & told the team to get my daughter a car. Zach was able to find one but it was not close. So he drove to Miami and did a dealer swap to get the HRV we wanted up to Boca. We came in last Saturday, checks in hand and completed the deal. Travis helped a great deal with the Service, Detail and Body team. The car was prepped and was ready to go. The business manager (Shane) was helpful and answered all our questions while we signed the documentation. Overall the Zack/Travis team worked well together and worked well for us. Thanks and we will be back for the work on the widow, appearance piece, cargo cover/liner and our service..... More
