I relayed my fears and needs to Salesman Mark Melnick, Internet Director Jason Hopkins, and General Sales Manager Al Benjamin. They promised that my out the door cost as quoted via email would be honored, and that I would not be harassed about extraneous contracts and warranties, which was a fear of mine. They not only kept their promise and worked as a team to ensure my transaction was smooth, the out the door cost ended up a little less than quoted.
