Lauren, at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. My salesman, Pete Carrigan knows his Hondas and his business. I took my last Honda to Delray for all it's service needs, even oil changes, because Lewis Pichardo is the nicest and most knowledgeable Service Manager I've ever dealt with. I go out of my way to deal with Delray Honda. (Two other Honda dealers are closer to my home.) I didn't feel the need for the new insurance office, but can see why some people would. More
