I just purchased a new Honda Pilot from Delray Honda, and had an absolutely wonderful purchase. Everybody was so friendly, and they went out of their way help me with my purchase. My salesman Mark, and Miguel were very professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Jon the finance officer, much to my surprise, got me a great 1.89% loan rate. I certainly will do business with Delray Honda again in the future. More
Really good experience purchasing a new vehicle Jason Salomon was my connection at this purchase. I interacted with another internet sales person, but ended up talking about the vehicle with Jason Jason Salomon was my connection at this purchase. I interacted with another internet sales person, but ended up talking about the vehicle with Jason Salomon and Jason Hopkins. Jason Hopkins helped me consider a different option vs. what I was attempting to purchase. He provided me with a really good deal. When I came into the facility, Jason S helped me with the vehicle, answered all of my questions and made my purchase a little bit easier than normal (he was very knowledgeable). I picked up the car today 9/25/16 I get my add-on's later this week. We are satisfied. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased in the past 2 yrs from this dealership. Glenn B More

My Saleman Franky Lena and the F & I Manager Michael Daugherty went out of their way to get me a great deal. I have never seen two people work so hard to get me the deal I needed to fit my budget. They both not only had creative ideas but they kept me updated on each step of what they were doing with the finance companies as well as the money they could get me on my trade in. They both clearly understood how much money I could afford to pay monthly and they got me the numbers I needed. They listened to me and did not give me a hard sell routine and made me feel relaxed throughout the entire process. They have made me a customer for life. More

After trying to work with the "local dealer", I got fed up and reached out to Delray and spoke to Jason Hopkins. He was awesome from the start and introduced me to sales manager Carlos Orejuela. I decided to make the trip across the state and was very happy I did. Carlos was professional and treated my son and I extremely well. Their first offer was better than I could get elsewhere and I left feeling very good about the transaction. I also met Casey Flaherty (GM) while at the store and he was great to deal with. I could not be happier with my 2016 Civic and the sales process was smooth, quick and painless. Carlos is the most helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is extremely knowledgeable and eager to educate. He and everyone I dealt with at Delray Honda were all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient, assisting with and explaining everything along the way. Correct Factory Software Issue This was a Honda recall to update the computer software to prevent possible damage to the engine.
