I purchased my Accord through your Internet Service. Franky responsed quickly, answering questions to my internet request & made appointment. My brother & I met with Franky & Jason. They patiently answered all questions & negotiated a fair price for my consideration. I appreciated their professional style "without the hard sell" approach. Mario, part of their team, explained the car (extremely patient as I had problems grasping all the technology), & I test drove the car. I can honestly say, I just came in to look at the Accord, not truly interested, as I am very partial to Toyota's Camry. I decided to trade in my Camry since they met a fair price. Needless to say, after Mario efficiently (& quite kindly handled the paperwork), I purchased the Accord! Michael D, handled the business side & was extremely thorough. Mario, scheduled an appointment with Frank Foto for window tinting/chrome molding. I must admit, I never expected to purchase a Hondo. Frank had the window tinted, put on the molding & made further suggestions. Mr. Foto is terrific! I had a great experience with Franky, Jason, Mario, Michael & Frank. Even Bert, from customer service called as a follow-up to make sure I was happy! I had perfect service & I love my Honda, even though I still must master additional technology features. Best customer service! I was so impressed with the customer service skills of the staff at Delray Honda. Everyone there was intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I was a last minute emergency, and the nice young lady named Cia helped get me worked in even though they were full. The nice young man Hans helped me fix my radio stations. The service advisor Lewis was great, he thoroughly explained everything so that I could understand what happened. The facility is brand new and very nice. They even have a kids playroom and a cafe. I will be back for sure! More
