When a dealership, from management to the accounting/finance dept does not maintain honesty, integrity and accountability to do the right thing, one must be suspect of their overall business practices. Certainly not a good start for growing relationships and helping promote new client alliances. Steer clear of Delray Honda-there are other dealers who are hopefully more ethical! More
