He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process very easy. When it was time to sign the paperwork John from the finance department was helpful and very friendly. It was refreshing to not feel pressured but rather educated during the paperwork. He made sure to answer all of my questions before I signed. From beginning to end my experience was quick, easy, and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and never pushy. I highly recommend this dealership and will be returning for my next car purchase. More

We were greeted warmly at the reception desk and within minutes Frany Lena, our Sales Representative, introduced himself and we went into his office. Not only did Franky get us a great deal; he also went over and above to be accommodating to me, my wife and two kids. The paperwork took hardly any time at all and before we knew it, we were in the finance department with our Finance Manager, John Tetreault. He was super informative and like Franky, he too was straight to the point and very efficient. From being greeted at reception to driving out with our new car took just over two hours and my son pointed that out as it felt like it was much faster to me.
