Price was the main reason I purchased my Civic at Delray Honda. The insurance office was very, very helpful and took all the time nessisary to find me the best price on insurance. They saved me 35% over my prior insurance and this was an added bonus.. Great job and I really liked the insurance office. More

My sales consultant was David Wright, the most knowledgeable and helpful professional I have ever met. After listening to my requirements and needs, he introduced me to pre-owned certified Honda cars and explained everything there was needed to know, to be able to make my decision about purchasing one. David Wright is most polite, respectful and helpful sales professional. He not only found me a perfect car for me, helped me to get fair price, he went way beyond to help me to finalize my purchase. He even helps me with a return of my car rental. What an exceptional sales professional! I will always recommend David to all my friends as well as Delray Honda dealership. He was always on top of things but never pushy and annoying. He explained everything in detail and worked with me to get the best price. He was very knowledgeable. Easiest time buying a car in my adult life! I have always owned a Toyota Camry since medical school. I was deciding between another Camry or switching to a Honda Accord. Based on this it was statistically more probable that I would be owning another Toyota. I went into Delray Honda and asked for Sal. He was kind to an elderly Holocaust survivor who planned to lease his last car at age 90. Sal gave him a good deal. Unfortunately he passed away before the end of the lease. Sal made the process of returning the car early. Another great transaction. Sal was not working yesterday. I met the manager, Earl, who was a nice guy and not high pressured. He offered to have me talk to Sal's partner, Jay Pomerantz. Jay was amicable and was the exact OPPOSITE of a boiler room salesman. Never once did he pressure me into buying. He understood that I wanted ro return the kindness that Sal gave to an elderly man. He told me the pros and cons of purchasing an Accord versus Camry versus Altima ( even though I had not considered the Altima but have driven one as a rental car numerous times). I told him what I liked and disliked about each model. He was OK with me coming back to deal with Sal if I chose to do so. He is a kind man himself and just wanted me to get whatever car that would best satisfy my needs. I took an instant liking to Jay, since most car salesmen are the opposite of this. I asked to see the insode of an Accord and he showed me the Accord Hybrid on the showroom floor. He told me NOT to buy a Hybrid because it did not fit my needs with respect to trunk space. In addition, my driving history did not warrant the added cash outlay of a hybrid. The rest is history. I test drove the car. While I went home to get my title and a check (since I was paying cash), he got all of the papers and the car ready for delivery. The agreed upon price was fair. Although I have sold all of my previous cars outright rather than traded them in, he gave me a trade-in offer that I could not refuse. I am an obstetrician who delivers babies for a living. I am not a car broker or in the car business. I was raised in the pawn shop business so I like an honest and fair deal without the haggling and feeling like you were ripped off. I got this and MORE when I unexpectedly chose to switch brands after driving a Toyota my entire adult life. I am now the proud owner of a Honda Accord from a fantastic dealership thanks to Jay Pomerantz and Earl. More

AM on Feb 17, 2017 at 7:00 AM to check and see if the Service Department at Delray Honda could service my Vehicle for A Recall Notification I had recently received. Michel Harris took charge of the situation an said that he would slot me in as soon as possible behind any previously Scheduled Appointments. Gave me an estimated time of between a hour and a half to an hour an forty five minutes to complete the PCM Module Reset. Came to get me in less then an hour and said my Vehicle was ready. Handed me my Keys and was pleasantly surprised that my Vehicle was "Detailed" inside and out after being serviced! Not just a quick exterior wash but a complete cleaning, inside and out and spotlessly dry too, WOW! Purchased my Honda at another Local Dealership (but) Honda Delray will be servicing my Vehicle for as long as I own it and remain in the area. More

I was greeted by Peter Carrigan. He was patient enough to take the time and answer the many questions I had, once he broke down the wall and made me feel very comfortable. I left in excitement after spending a hour with him. We exchanged contact info, and before I knew it I was driving down the road in my new civic. I highly recommend Peter's knowledge, patience, and humor. Because remember it's a great day in Delray!!! More
