Bill Carpenter in sales was Amazing to work with. Very friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend Bill to anyone purchasing a vehicle. I have referred my parents to him. A terrible nightmare for someone with excellent credit. Completely drained the positive vibe I had with Bill. Magically the interest rate kept dropping every time i walked out the office to squash the deal. This even though you hear the untrue line that they have no control of the rates. Yes they do, they make money off the finance, which is why dealerships don't like cash deals. Anyway, we didn't end up at a satisfactory interest rate like i got at Hendrick Honda of Pompano but im paying the car off anyway, and because Bill was so TERRIFIC, i didn't want to spoil my experience with him. I would only recommend someone to purchase from Delray Honda if they have their financing worked out, my mistake! I thought i would get the same professionalism i got from Hendrick's finance Department. Tale of two sides in Delray, Sales =GREAT (Bill Carpenter, you the man!!)...Finance, i don't remember your name = BOO!! Thumbs down! More
