We don't buy cars very often, so our unexpected recent purchase was full of angst. Our old car was there for service and needed to much work to justify keeping it any longer. Kathleen Willis is our "go to" in the service area. She is simply excellent - professional, experienced, personable and we will always ask for her. We were contacted by Ed Haddad in sales and he immediately put us at ease. He is such a nice guy and even after the sale and ON HIS OFF DAY, he answered our calls and responded multiple times to an issue, not stopping until we were satisfied - always friendly and happy to help. The finance manager Gary Robinson is such a professional, obviously quite experienced and even when we returned the next day with questions about what we had paid and why, he couldn't have been more accommodating. So after 2 days of the angst I mentioned, we are happy with our experience and everyone we worked with there. More

MUST READ BEFORE YOU BUY*********** SO Delray Beach Honda sold me a 2015 Honda Accord that was a lemon and burning oil bad, and they knew about it before they sold me this vehicle. they said they ha Honda sold me a 2015 Honda Accord that was a lemon and burning oil bad, and they knew about it before they sold me this vehicle. they said they have a 4.9 rating this would never happen.......yet won't help me fix it and blamed all the problems on me .. and begged me right away after I bought the vehicle to give them a five star review. The first sketchy (red flag) situation was when I was at the dealership on the phone with my mom, when I was trying to purchase a car from them they said I could only get this Honda accord and not the Honda crv that I wanted & they were both were the same price but yet they told me that they could not sell me that Honda crv because of my credit , yet these two vehicle's were the same price. weird right? so I bring in my car to a jiffy lube on Atlantic ave 3 months later and noticed after a week there was no oil reading on the dip stick only after a week of driving after I just changed the oil. and was like hmmm this is weird. so now maybe I thought jiffy lube didn't add enough so bring it to a different place to get the oil changed and it happens again no oil reading on the dipstick a week later, sadly I have to move to Minnesota after I find out the problem that it is burning oil. On the drive back I would have to add oil every 1,000 miles, once I arrive to Minnesota I bring it into a shop at autopro auto service and come to find out they tell me 1) the engine has internal wear of piston rings and over advanced timing issue are causing engine oil to be consumed through combustion chamber. "Engine will need to be replaced or rebuilt to correct oil consumption 2) Due to the timing chains, engine oil leaks , and oil consumption and suspension repairs need on vehicle customer should return to the selling dealer so I called Honda and talk to Matthew he transfers me to Todd & I tell him that my vehicle is burning oil is there any thing you can do to help this situation. I haven't even had the car a year yet and paid over 18,000$ and he "tells me it is what it is" there is nothing we can do to help" quote on quote from Todd. because I am past my warranty and didn't bring it in sooner, weird I thought I never even purchased a warranty in the first place. yes Todd I did put 35,000 miles on the car in only 11 months but it should not have this issue its having. I still owe money on this vehicle and they made me seem like I was the problem I told him I didn't bring it back in because I moved and didn't know a car that I paid 18,000 would have this serious of a issue. I have Todd recorded saying that its my fault and should of brought it in sooner but how are you going to be a five star dealership and not even try to make it right with me when I give them my hard earned money and making payments every month for over 500$ I didn't know that the problem would be that serious and the guy I Brought the car too told me that who ever sold you this car , screwed you over, and Todd was saying they inspect all the cars before they sell them, then why would the guy that was cleaning the car say they were still cleaning it because they got the car that day when I bought it, and yet again there like you didn't have to buy the car to me. This place is a scam I would go to any other dealership but them!!!! can't even make it right I figured this from the get go once they sold it to me like this so I'm taking the loss and I hope some one reads this and learns from my experience and if I were you I would not purchase a vehicle from Delray Beach Honda if I were you. More
