Worst GMC dealership ever delt with. Had over 20 GMC in my fleet. Brought Hummer in for service two weeks ago. The service writer said he would call me. No call. I had to go to the deale Had over 20 GMC in my fleet. Brought Hummer in for service two weeks ago. The service writer said he would call me. No call. I had to go to the dealership and they were closed. Called the next day. He gave me more crap and said he promised he would call me. Week later not even a call. Shame on you. Would never use these people again. More

I made an appointment 8:30 am in the morning. My truck sat in the service drop off lane for 1 hour. I went to ask why and they move it to the back by the service bays where it sat untouched for a My truck sat in the service drop off lane for 1 hour. I went to ask why and they move it to the back by the service bays where it sat untouched for another 2 plus hours. I ended up being there for 4.5 hours and stood out back and watched and they only worked on my truck for around 30 minutes. After I left the same problem I brought it in for was still there and more issues. The service department is a total joke and nobody know what they are doing. I could go on for ever on all the things messed up on previous visits on my previous truck and my 2024 2500. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. Also making the appointment was a nightmare not even the service manager ever called me back. Total joke!!! More
