I had an electrical problem with the Instrument Panel and light functions. Brian Savino wrote up the paperwork and walked it through the diagnostic process. He told me that it would be covered by my Extended Warranty and arranged for a loaner car for the five days it would take to complete the job. This type of prompt attention and a warm and personable concern for my problem and convenience keeps me as a loyal new car customer of the dealership. I have a 2006 La Crosse and it has never been serviced outside of Delray Buick, formally Sherwood Buick. Brian is a fine representative of the company. More
