Had an 8 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation, I had a few other things I needed looked at. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I needed to be out of there by 10 to get to work. I was not able to wait to get any other work done & was out of there by 10. Having to wait 2 hours to have this done and drive 45 minutes to get there doesn’t make me happy! This process shouldn’t take 2 hours!!!! Hire some more help! More
